Client Lease Program

Steve Klein is proud to announce our Client Lease Program. Whether you are new to Victoria or already live here, and purchase a new Klein home or design/build, you may find it very difficult to find a short term lease home. Steve Klein has a number of new homes available only to these clients that purchase a new home from our company.

• Lease Period is the number of month's until your new home is ready to move-in.{no minimum 12 month lease period}
• No huge deposits
• Water and yard work provided
• All homes are spacious 4 bedroom, 2 bath, with 3 car garages. {See floorplan below.}
• Homes are built by the same craftsmen and women who build our custom homes using the same materials, energy packages, and workmanship
• Your children will be in the same school district as your new home is. No hassles with getting your children registered for school and no switching schools later.
